We offer free shipping on all domestic and international orders over $120. For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges apply.

Our processing time for orders is typically 3-4 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (India): 2 business days
  • International: 4-6 business days

We ship worldwide. However, we are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, delays or additional charges that may apply upon arrival in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

At BLUE & BLUES, we are committed to providing you with exceptional quality products and a seamless shopping experience. While we hope you love your purchase, we also encourage mindful shopping to minimize unnecessary resource wastage.

Returns:

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly accept returns for such items within 7 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, email us at customercare@blueandblues.com with your order details and photos of the damaged product to help us resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Refunds will be processed after a thorough inspection of the returned item. Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate returns for reasons other than product damage or defect.

Exchanges:

  • If you receive your order, and you wish to exchange it for another that better suits your preferences, you may do so by contacting us via the contact form on our website or reach out to us directly at customercare@blueandblues.com. We will offer store credit for the value of the returned item and you may place an order for the item you like.

  • All items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact to be eligible for an exchange.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Custom-Made Items:

Please be aware that custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
